Turning Plans into Progress: How We Structure the Season

A successful season rests on smart structure. We align our daily flow so every guest knows where to be, what to expect, and how to progress.

Group lesson rhythm (clear and consistent)

• Full-day group classes: 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00
• Funkids (ages 3–4, no prior experience): 10:00–12:00 or 13:00–15:00 (mornings fill first; afternoons open as needed)
• Adult group course starts: typically Sunday, so you can join right after arrival

For children 5+ we offer a test day option—start with one day and extend on site to four or six days at the same total as booking upfront.

• Children’s Olympiad and a fun race keep motivation high—award ceremony at 4 p.m.
• Lunch service from 12:00–13:00 includes food, drinks, and supervision (per day € 17). Booking lunch when you pick up your ticket is highly recommended, especially in busier weeks.

Outdoor Adventures: Prepared for Tours and Freeride Days

Some days call for a new challenge. We also guide ski tours and freeride sessions off the groomed slopes—always shaped around conditions and participant ability.

• Guided ski tours (on request): € 140 per person, from 4 people, up to max. 8; equipment can be rented.
• Freeride (on request): about 3 hours; € 100 per person, from 4 people, up to max. 8; freeride equipment can be rented.

Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations: Smooth from Start to Finish

We set up a simple, transparent process so you can lock in plans and arrive confident.

• Online booking: Available for Arena Ski Schule in Königsleiten (ski lessons for children and rental items).
• After booking online, please come to the ski school office in Königsleiten the day before your course or by 09:00 on the start day to register.
• Payment online: Instant Transfer, Visa, MasterCard.
• Payment on site: EC card, Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
• Private lesson reservation by email: skischule@unterwurzacher.com (include name, ages, ability, number of participants, ski or snowboard, accommodation, mobile number, desired days, and desired time slot).

Cancellation policy is straightforward:

• Up to 14 days before start: free of charge
• 14 to 7 days before: 50% of the agreed or paid amount
• From 7 days before or during service: 100% of the total amount
• In case of illness or accident that prevents participation, refunds are possible with a medical certificate (local doctor if already on site). Refunds are processed within 14 days; if part of the service was used, the difference is recalculated and refunded.
